You’ll never know, because sessions are always different. It all depends on which trainer is taking the class and what they have in store for you. We have various different types of classes running, you can read about each one here.

No. Trainers bring all equipment to the sessions. You will need to bring a pair of wraps, some water and a towel, and a positive attitude. If you have your own gloves, you are more than welcome to bring them along. For outdoor sessions, it is a good idea to wear sunscreen. Our outdoor sessions are on grassy surfaces, so if you get irritated, bring along a yoga mat.

Wraps are a kind of fingerless gloves that protect your knuckles and offer support for your wrists. You can purchase wraps from sports stores like Rebel Sport, but we sell wraps at our classes for just $15 if you need some.
