Group Classes

From $30/week

  • Bronze - $30 per week. Access to two group classes, private members Facebook group with weekly recipes, monthly measurements and tanita scale tracking plus monthly food diary assistance.
  • Silver - $40 per week. Access to four group classes, private members Facebook group with weekly recipes, monthly measurements and tanita scale tracking plus fortnightly food diary assistance.
  • Gold - $50 per week. Unlimited access to all group classes, private members Facebook group with weekly recipes, monthly measurements and tanita scale tracking, weekly food diary assistance plus health habit coaching and a new pair of quick wraps each year.

Personal Training

$80 per session

  • 60 minute sessions tailored to your wants, needs & goals
  • 1 on 1 focus and attention
  • Boxing, kickboxing, strength and cardio
  • Rehab for injuries and mobilization for any tight muscles/joints
  • Designed to get you results, fast
  • No unfriendly faces, attitudes or 'commando' trainers with egos
  • Trainers with years of experience in multiple modalities

6 Week Online Challenge

$35.00 per week

  • Three 20 minute at home workouts per week
