Our group classes are for people aged 18 and over.

We have memberships that range in price which give you access to a certain amount of classes, nutrition assistance and other member benefits. You can check out the memberships here.

Classes are held in Prospect, and are held outdoors during summer, and move indoors over winter. You can find the current location here.

As long as you’d like to be. All members are on direct debits, and if they want to make changes or cancel their direct debit, we just need two weeks notice. We don't have any lock in contracts, joining fees or exit fees.

Not at all. All the trainers have martial arts experience and are there to teach you correct technique for punches, knees, elbows, kicks and all combinations in between. All new members complete technique sessions prior to joining the group classes, so you'll feed confident when coming along to your first group class. Find out more here.

A Box It Out class combines boxing techniques with vigorous exercise. You will feel some muscle soreness as you become used to moving your body differently, but don’t let this put you off! Box It Out sessions provide options for exercises and can be modified to your fitness level.

Box it Out classes are for people who are ready to focus on their fitness, strength and confidence, not gimmicky weight loss techniques.

Every month we run fitness testing classes, and we also offer progress photos and measurements for extra accountability and motivation. However, you will know within yourself when you feel great, and a number on the scale or a number on a the tape measure should not change that.

You’ll never know, because classes are always different. It all depends on which trainer is taking the class and what they have in store for you.

Classes can have up to 20 members in them.

No. Trainers bring all equipment to the sessions. All you need to bring a pair of wraps, some water, a towel, and a positive attitude. If you have your own gloves, you are more than welcome to bring them along. For outdoor sessions, it is also a good idea to wear a hat and use sunscreen.

Wraps are similar to fingerless gloves that also protect your knuckles and offer support for your wrists. You can purchase wraps from sports stores like Rebel Sport, but we sell wraps at our classes for $15 if you need some.

Of course! As soon as they've completed their technique sessions, they will be joining you in the group classes. However, don’t be put off by coming along on your own – many of our clients started out by attending on their own, and have quickly made friends along the way.
